Enhanced Family Care (EFC) / Host Home

Care for Life Home Services, LLC provides Enhanced Family Care (EFC) services in which individuals reside in private family homes and receive individualized supports from trained host families.

Our Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, screening, and approving host families
  • Providing required training and ongoing support to host families
  • Monitoring service delivery and individual wellbeing
  • Coordinating with care managers, guardians, and other providers
  • Ensuring compliance with all EFC program standards and regulations
