Care for Life Home Services, LLC provides Enhanced Family Care (EFC) services in which individuals reside in private family homes and receive individualized supports from trained host families.

Recruiting, screening, and approving host families

Coordinating with care managers, guardians, and other providers

Ensuring compliance with all EFC program standards and regulations

Daily Living Supports
Assistance with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and daily routines.
Supervision
Appropriate oversight based on individual needs for safety and well-being.
Community Participation
Support for engaging in community activities, social opportunities, and local events.
Skill Development

Coordination
Communication with service coordinators, families, and other support team members.
