Care for Life Home Services, LLC is a New Hampshire-based human services organization established to provide high-quality, person-centered supports to adults with developmental disabilities through home- and community-based service models.
The organization's primary and current service focus is the delivery of Enhanced Family Care (EFC) / Host Home services under New Hampshire's Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver. Care for Life Home Services, LLC is committed to supporting individuals in safe, stable, family-based living environments that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
